Are you an experienced Project Manager who is passionate about delivering on crucial project deadlines?
Manage product implementations for simultaneous customer engagements
Facilitate working sessions with customers to ensure a smooth onboarding process
Keep stakeholders across the organization apprised on the progress of the implementation
Execute project plans following the defined sequence of activities needed to successfully complete implementation
Manage the pace of implementation, identifying blockers and working across teams to resolve issues quickly ensuring timely completion of milestones
Communicate effectively with clients at each stage of implementation
Be proactive in identifying technology integration challenges
Work with Operations and IAM engineers to ensure proper system set up and functionality for each client
Liaison with the Product Development team to share feedback for improvements to both processes and product features
Identify opportunities for technology to enhance, improve, and speed up the implementation process
Have excellent client-facing communication skills
Some additional qualities that are a plus:
Experience with Identity Access Management a plus
Knowledge of financial banking/credit union sector or Fintech
Ability to rapidly acquire knowledge and fluency in the product's underlying system software
Thrives in a fast paced environment
